Yes. You may request that your email address be removed from the system. However, while you are an active student, the programme must hold a valid email address in order to provide access to Moodle, Teams, programme communications, and assessment information. If you request that one email address be removed while you are still studying, you will need to provide an alternative email address. After you have completed or withdrawn from the programme, you may request that your email address be deleted from programme systems, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirements.

Digital4Business handles student data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. You may request that your personal information be treated confidentially and you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. However, some information relating to your enrolment, progression, and award may need to be retained for a period of time in order to meet legal, regulatory, and academic record-keeping requirements. After this retention period has passed, data can usually be deleted on request. Students who wish to make a data protection request should contact the programme administration team.
