We are delighted to announce that Digital4Business will be participating in the prestigious International Conference on Digital Skills and IT Professionalism (ICODSIP 2024). The event is scheduled for the 14th and 15th of November 2024 at the Universidad de Alcalá in Spain.

The ICODSIP conference is a significant gathering that emphasises the importance of digital skills and IT professionalism, attracting scholars, practitioners, and project teams from across Europe and beyond. This year’s conference focuses on two critical tracks: E-competences and IT professionalism, and Digital competence and skills. Our participation underscores Digital4Business’s commitment to advancing digital skills and professionalism in the IT sector.
Digital4Business is honoured to be among the four distinguished projects selected to present at this year’s conference. Our presence at ICODSIP 2024 offers an exceptional platform to discuss our initiatives, share our insights, and contribute to the broader conversation about digital transformation and professional development in the technology industry.
Professor Dr. Horacio González-Vélez, a leading figure in computer systems and the founding head of The Cloud Competency Centre at the National College of Ireland, will represent Digital4Business. He will present a short paper detailing the project’s objectives, achievements, and its significant impact on enhancing digital competencies within the business sector.
The conference is not only a venue for presenting projects funded by the European Union but also welcomes contributions from other international and national projects that have shown substantial applicability and impact in the realm of IT professionalism.
